Great homemade food from FatehgarhSahib, Punjab (a village that’s about 1.5 hours away from Chandigarh). Fresh saag, roti, excellent chutney, and churma laddoos. I’d suggest to avoid white butter makkhan on everything. Perhaps just the saag if you’re ordering a full thali (Rajma, rice, sarso ka saag, makai roti, salad).
