"There was a long hair strand when I first ordered. The manager and chef were nice and tried to compensate for it the next day. However, once again, I found the quality of the paneer butter masala dish disappointing. It not only had an unpleasant odor but also tasted as bad as it smelled. While I appreciate your attempt to make up for yesterday's mistake, I'm still disappointed. I couldn't stomach more than two bites and left the dish untouched. I'll be sharing this feedback on the Hyatt website. If you'd like, you can take the dish back to see for yourself. I don't want to jeopardize anyone's job, but food quality is non-negotiable, especially considering the prices we pay. The chef should address this issue promptly before more complaints arise. The hospitality is good but the food doesn't match to five star standards. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200"

"A gravel path leading you inside, rustic stone brick walls making me question myself ‘ Have I really set foot in Italy?’ this place is a surreal mix of countryside and fantasy. I chose a beautiful cabana to sit in. Sunlight pouring in through the glass ceiling I was already enjoying the Mediterranean vibe, Picture perfect!<br/ <br/ On my plate:<br/ Mushroom Pot Pie: this savoury pie is made with 4 types of mushrooms, carrot, green peas, onions and garlic mixed with cream parmesan cheese cooked in a clay pot topped with a golden baked puff pastry. Served with crisp potato wedges and baked broccoli, asparagus, baby corn, peppers this pie is tummy filling and scrumptious!"
