What User likes about Kfc:
Today’s experience was initially frustrating however the manager on duty deserves a raise for his professionalism and willingness to correct the issue. I come from food industry and normally don’t complain but today I did and I had a great response. I’m not sure the managers name but I feel he deserves recognition for his work ethic and staff. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
when I came to the joint, it was empty and the manager seemed to be intoxicated when he took my order. I just tried to order a simple meal, but the manager gave me a difficult time, the side to side on a simple question and began to get hostile. I got out because of the safety of my life.
