Update 7/11/2020 Saigon has done a great job at doing everything to keep you safe in today's environment. All the food was served in to go containers including the drinks and condiments. Seating was reduced for 50% occupancy. Every one wore mask. At my time of visit there was no one there but the waitresses and cook. Everyone was super friendly and very accommodating.
