What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Unfortunately, it seems that the new management has really changed the dynamics of this load. baristas seem low and discouraged as late. a barista even told me that the new store manager created a stressful work environment. I hope someone from the firm looks into it because I miss seeing the smiles on my happy baristas. View all feedback.
Always love this location no matter what time of day. Usually do the drive thru. Wish the drinks lasted longer. ????
This is a fast, efficient location. The store has enough baristas to handle the morning rush. The are friendly and helpful. The coffee drinks are perfect. The store is clean and well kept. I know there are Starbucks everywhere, but this is one of the better locations.
I love this Starbucks and come here all the time, to sit and relax or to get a quick drink via drive through. Customer service is always great and environment is very relaxed and good for working. This morning I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, but they were out. I ordered a regular mint instead and they surprised me by adding honey and lemonade to turn it into a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and it came out really tasty. It's a small courtesy, but it really helps show that they value customer satisfaction.

Today, one of the workers who recognizes me greeted me kindly as she always does and ask if I wanted my regular. I said yes and drove up to the window. When up there she handed me my drink and said they had an extra blueberry muffin and asked if I wanted it. I said yes and thank you and went on my way. What she doesn't know is my 11 yr old pet bunny passed away yesterday and my heart is still broken. Her kindness and random extra blueberry muffin is the first thing to make me smile going into the first day without my bunny. Everyone at this location is so kind and friendly. The workers are so quick and efficient all while being kind.
Convenient location. Long drive thru lines, but they move fast. Nice staff.
