Pho 102 - Chantilly

What Terri D likes about Pho 102:
I'm Viet, but not super picky abt pho. It has to be really bad for me to complain. I like their pho and bun bo hue fine. What I really appreciate is, they don't skimp on the size and garnishes (which is a must with Viet food). I end up eating one bowl for 3 meals! They got my loyalty on this alone. View all feedback.

This place used to be great but has been going steadily downhill for the last 2 years.
