Spacious area with comfortable seating, offering complimentary alcoholic drinks, juice, lemon cucumber water, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, sausages, and eggs. The food is slightly lukewarm but overall good. It's a great place to relax before your flight, featuring an intimate atmosphere with a nice view of the planes taking off. What Lyle O doesn't like about United Club:
Really depressing United Club. IAD is one of the worst airports in the USA so I suppose it's fitting. Drab, a little filthy, and worn. The food on hand was picked over and inedible. Bar is okay, but the bartender seemed like her cat just died. Truly bummer service. With so many great Clubs around the states, why is this one so pathetic? View all feedback.
