We just eat in this hotel brewery. The setting is nice in the atmosphere of a Parisian bistro. The waitresses took good care of us. Even if once we sat down we waited a bit. Our dishes were good and well presented. Just pay attention to the seasoning the kitchen a slight lack of salt. My bar was well cooked and fresh. Anyway, if you're a whipped passage there. Stopped here for lunch and wish we'd stopped at another restaurant in Chantilly. It was busy which seemed like a good sign and we were hoping for nice, fresh French food but had a very disappointing salad that in no way resembled the Caesar Salad ordered (breaded garlic chicken, lots of sweet corn and swimming in a ranch dressing).
