What User likes about Richard's Restaurant:
We went for Valentine's Day dinner with friends. Our meals were very good at an affordable price. Hugh did everything from taking our order, cooking as well as taking care of all the other guests. A couple of the steaks were not as done as requested but he did a good job of taking care of the problem. View all feedback.

Yes it has reopened and under new ownership. Small and friendly with similar menu as before. Reservations a necessity. Food came timely and was very good. Service great by very friendly owner Hugh who truly is just getting it off the ground. Everything was very good, presented well and owner is very honest and kind. Will return for sure.
