Rude waiter did not inform me of the 4 percent charge to use my card for a takeout order. He didn’t even give me a receipt until I asked him. Then I noticed the charge. He refused to let me pay cash at that point (why not quickly refund and take the cash? . I sat down quietly to wait for the order.
