What gerard devos likes about Midi Vins:
Great gastronomic moment even with a small menu. A lot of finesse in the preparations. Excellent salmon carpaccio, idem for curry rissoto and Zeeland mussels, cod and perfect cooked tab. In bonus a beautiful ice duo and mellow chocolate to wish. Thank you to the chief, the room service and sommeliers for the perfect arrangements. View all feedback.
