Fast friendly service. Everyone was very helpful even with special preparation needs. Food was hot and good. This is an A&W and Long Johns Silver combination. You can get fish to burgers. Excellent selection. Prices were reasonable by today's standard. The exterior was clean. The interior was clean but could use a freshening up. Everything is handicap accessible. The parking lot is big and not crowded. View all feedback.

This is a cozy fast food restaurant offering both A&W and Long John Silver's menu items, allowing guests to mix and match their favorites. It's conveniently located in a shopping center just off Route 340 in Charles Town. The staff is friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. Don't miss out on the delicious hush puppies! One of the few A&Ws left in America. Delicious food and root beer. I recommend it 100%!
This place tool me back in time. It is getting harder to find good sea fast food. I enjoyed very much.
We were excited to try A&W for the first time, especially our 2 kids who love a&w root beer and floats. We arrived and ordered and while waiting for our food we went to get drinks and saw the last sputter of root beer come out of the lobby dispenser, we notified the staff who said that it would be taken care of, but after waiting 30 minutes we were informed that “we’re out of root beer” which feels a little like McDonalds saying “we’re out of McNuggets”. Very disappointing and no effort from the staff to try to remedy the situation. I would understand if there was a rush, but we were the only family in the dining room.
This was the first A&W I've eaten at in years. It was clean, the service and food were good, but the root beer really stood out. You can't get this stuff out of a bottle.
Long wait at the drive through even though there were no other customers in line. Then they said they were out of Root beer when all I wanted was a root beer freeze. How are you out of your namesake item by 2:00pm?
