Arby's on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a quality Arby's that is a reliable source for meats, good sandwiches, curly fries, and shakes. The location is well managed and efficient at getting you your order quickly and correct. Employees don?t put pride in there work. Place is nasty. There no soap or paper towels in bath room. Had a lot of people behind counter and still had to wait ten minutes for food. No line when I ordered and orders got filled that ordered after me. My order was skipped. Sandwiches was thrown together with no love. Check your price on receipt. by the drive thru. 2 1/2-pound brat bark sandwiches and a large soda ordered. when I checked the bag, there were no serviettes and no sauce.
this facility really went downhill. I've been going to this place for 5 years at least once a week. last year the trip was through.
