What Gracen T doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I come to this location 2—3 times a week, but today I was thoroughly disappointed. The cashier was so rude to not only the patrons dining/taking Togo, but to her supervisors as well. While waiting on my food along with the other patrons, we witnessed her yelling complaints throughout the restaurant, all while slamming each dining chair onto the table for the end of business. This place was hopping during the recent Parents' Day to the point they had to pause taking orders to get caught up and get fries done. With all of the people in the building and in line, Ms. Stephanie was so attentive, polite, and kept the front of house in order. View all feedback.
