Never disappointed. Me and my husband went here on our first date, 19 years ago. Today I was treated to lunch by my husband who surprised me, with chins.. Not disappointed at all.. The food was Exactually the same as it was 19 years ago. I have ate at many Chinese places over the years, and still have not found one of them to come close to the great food at chins.
