Fresh Salmon filet. I got salmon sticks, scallops and salmon. The salmon was grilled on my bbq with Asian sweet chili sauce, garlic salt and pepper. It was absolutely amazing. My family said it was some of the best salmon they’d ever eaten. It melted in your mouth. I've been a customer of Chuck's Seafood for over 30 years. Always good seafood, their smoked fish is top notch and the shrimp cocktails are fresh and delicious.
