What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I ordered from this restaurant twice and never received the pizza either time. The first time, they refused to refund me and instead offered a free pizza for the following day. Last night, after waiting 1.5 hours, I called to inquire about my order only to find that the restaurant was closed and not answering the phone.
