Was visiting Charleston and was looking for an early supper. Walked past poogans and read some reviews and they didn't disappoint! Brisket was amazing!!! Was to full to try the cornbread but the couple next to me really enjoyed it based on their comments. View all feedback.

I’m a local and have attended regularly. The last time we had really poor service (we had to get plates ourselves off the shelves). Assumed a one off so returned tonight (Nov 26th), firstly, server didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, completely forgot to put the app order in and didn’t ask if we wanted dessert — just dumped the check (we did by the way but at that point we were done).
