Rally's - Charleston

Really like their chicken strips and fries, but it seems like every time I go, they are made of unsweet tea, not everyone likes sweet tea

I said to hurry as soon as I went through. The guy who took the orders didn't scream to hurry, rushed when we finally got the others, of course it was wrong, bc, that he didn't listen or not interested. At the window I asked for more pickles that should have been on original order, and he literally blows the window in my face. This place must be closed and the team members of the jokes fired. This place is a joke and I'm sorry I was wasting my money and will post the videos online. Don't go here!

The chicken was very dry and edible without sauce, which was worse because they forgot my sauce I paid extra. The manager was rude and didn't care, the only solution was to give me extra sauce next time.

Run to order food. The spokesman was exhausted and could not understand that the person took our order and they began to curse us and leave us. The guy was the manager. Possibility to rent real winners, Rally?

Food tasted like the oil needed changed in the fryer. Last time I went there I went to the walk up window around 11:30am I waited for a good while and no one showed up to take my order. I saw people in the back but no one came. Seen a lady in the drive through was waiting at the speaker then just drove off. I guess no one took her order either. Food and service use to be great but it has went downhill. Hope it bounces back. Ok update...went there today and ordered a #3. It was busy but I got my food fairly quick and I tell ya...it was probably the best burger and sweet tea I've ever gotten from there. I don't know what changes they made but it's definitely working
