Sugar has not only the most amazing desserts of cupcakes to chewies, to cakes, they have amazing customer service! The first reason we took sugar for us is our first impression. It was during strict COVID times when people only allowed a group at a time. My fiancé and I were inside and decided on cupcakes to take home to try for our wedding cake. We have frequented Sugar for years. Its seems they have attempted to offer too many flavors, as to let things sit a little longer than they used to. Purchased 9 cupcakes and 4 of them were so stale they were thrown out. This has happened that last couple of times we have bought treats there. The good days of Sugar may be a thing of the past.
