Taco Bell - Charleston

I had a good size order. It took a moment to get the order. I had three teenagers with me and we waited in there. One of my hard tacos was made with black beans first and it has become soft as the other food was prepared and the cook new, and without being asked, he brought another to our table and said I bet that taco was soft and rough, so here is a fresher. Out of nothing. That was really nice and I really appreciated it. The food was right and good.

I ordered a white hot burrito and a surpreme soft taco with a sweet tea. I received 2 soft tacos and an unsweetened tea for lunch. I'm going in to let the cashier know. (I didn't have most days, but I really wanted that Burrito) They remake my order and allow me to keep my 2 tacos. I exchanged my drink for a Baja case. Such a simple task, however, the attentive Kenny was literally so nice. That was shocking for a fast food chain. He corrected my order immediately and was very nice. And so the lady in the car was thru. It was really great to have this experience even after a rough morning in the office.
