After waiting 30 minutes for my Baconator Fries after parking to wait for the rider, I went to the window to check on the status and was informed that they had forgotten about my order. The next day, I decided to try getting a salad for lunch and was disappointed to find that the lettuce was brown, slimy, and had a bad odor. Additionally, they do not pick up the phone when called.
