The dishes: neither too much nor too little; if there is a problem with a dish (a dessert for what we are concerned) they react immediately and propose to redo it. 3 things to know for their beef tartare, cooked in front of you and your taste: 1- If you like tartare, take the tartare. 2- If you don't know the tartar, take the tartar. 3- If you don’t like tartar, take CE tartare.
Super restaurant of Charleville-Mézières. Quality of the dishes and service to be highlighted. Great staff friendliness. Never disappointed. Beef tartar is an institution! To be tested with family or friends.
By 2 days by Charleville Mezieres, we went to lunch on the advice of locals, we loved it so much that we returned there: An authentic, generous local cuisine, an attentive chef and his team, a real friendly and gourmet lunch break.... A (to be done without moderation during our next visit....
The kitchen is just bad. Entrance that bathes in the vinaigrette, the crumbled cabilla dish in herbs= fish covered with grilled broccoli and all bathing in a greasy sauce. The dessert: a dry cherry clafoutis on the edges and noisy in the middle with cherries that are in reality except fruit. Total disappointment and more despite having made the note pr the dessert (only no commercial gesture and worse at the time of the addition do not even have the courage to exchange.... It is a shame and a lack of respect to make pay such a price!!!
Beautiful address, excellent timing service respected and high quality ratio at the top. The service is really nice from the entrance to the dessert there is a nice choice
