Beef N Bottle Steakhouse - Charlotte

Terry was our server. she did a great job. renew the menu inside and outside. we have not been rushing. she made great recomendations. we had a great night.

We had a fantastic experience at beef n bottle. our waitress, terri, went beyond and beyond to make sure we had our first time in the beef n bottle. the food was delicious and the food was well tasted. we will be back soon!

The food and the service were excellent. our server was attentive, but not angry. the steaks were perfectly cooked and tasted great. the table was ready as promised when we were there. it was a fantastic evening.

Eating was good, but service was questionable. my friend got the wrong seafood dish and the server argued that it was what she ordered. I heard her and it wasn't. another person ordered the main rib and asked that they be cooked a little more. the server replied. we'll prepare it, trust me, you'll like it. I remember the restaurant that is the customer and who pays the bill? overall not very happy. I'm going back to the palm. never a problem.

We were in town on business and were lucky enough to have made reservations prior to arriving in town. What a gem of a restaurant. The food was amazing and our waiter was fantastic! Highly recommended if you're in Charlotte.
