What Carl Miller likes about Bubba's Barbecue:
It ain't fancy but the BBQ is excellent! I've been going there for about 20 years now and except for the way they take orders (used to have wait people but now Bubba takes your order when you walk in) not much has changed. Stopped by yesterday for the first time in 10 years and was not disappointed. Love the parking lot signs. ?Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Justin Case doesn't like about Bubba's Barbecue:
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The BBQ plate was delicious….pork was moist with lots of smoked flavor. Hush puppies were awesome as the bread. We will definitely be back and have designated Bubbas as our Charlotte BBQ joint. View all feedback.
We love Bubba’s and it’s one of very few classic bbq joints left in Charlotte where the atmosphere takes you back to the 50’s and 60’s.
This is the best BBQ in Charlotte area. The burnt ends are so so good! Very smokey. Amazing BBQ!!!
