What User likes about Chick-fil-a:
the customer service is in order, but not as good as before before the pandemic. Unfortunately, most places are so. the personal is not bad or rude, not so overly nice. they now seem to be like real people (for better or worse). food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
we always order the app to pick it up via the running gear thru. the drive thru line is always really long or the service is slow. I often order the southwest salate, but for the last two orders they were not the pepitas and tortilla chips that go with the salat.
