We went through the ride and were told to wait in the parking lot because our food was not ready. After we had waited 15 minutes without food, we went in to see if they had forgotten our order. Mr. Kevin, the manager, was extremely apologetic and refunded the cost of our order. He got us our food and even enlarged the size of our drinks and fries. The food here is always great and the employees are friendly. I hate that I can't use my mobile app for carry out orders before I arrive at the store. I can't pre-order unless I want to wait in the 12 car line (no exaggeration) because they only allow drive through pickup orders on most days.
