Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instea... View all feedback.
Yum!!!!!!!! This place is delicious I went with a large group and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food.
We stumbled on the restaurant while strolling aroundThe Epicenter was packed and we were hungry.
My take on City Smoke: - Get the "EXPRESS" lunchTwo sides and Texas toast for $8.99.
I am writing a negative review for this restaurant because my group never got the opportunity to dine there. I had made a reservation over a month in advance for a large party who wanted to enjoy a meal before the P!ink concert on Saturday. Unfortunately, City Smoke closed down the week of the concert and did not bother to inform anyone with reservations. Luckily, I called on the day of the reservation to confirm and discovered they were closed after finding a disconnected phone number. Thanks to this, I was able to secure a last-minute reservation at a pub (not our first choice with young girls in our group), but at least we found a place to accommodate our party. If I had not called earlier in the day, our entire group would have arrived to find the restaurant closed. This was very disappointing, City Smoke.
The brisket was good but not special by any means. Sides were okay but should have been warmer and better seasoned. Staff was spot on.
