Fuel Pizza Cafe - Charlotte

Everything is great here; the food, the service, the location and they stay open late. If you have not tried Fuel pizza yet I urge you to do so.

This place is a hollow shell of what it once was. Standing water on the floor I ordered a pizza and tipped fifteen dollars then never even received the pizza because the girl supposed to make it was ?having a bad day? it?s Friday hire responsible peoplethis place is in such a prime spot but because of management or lack there of it will never come back to its former glory. Emmysquared is going to take all your business.

I have attempted to order from this restaurant three times and had my order canceled each time. Tonight, they didn't even cancel it themselves; after sending the driver to pick up the pizza, they informed him that the order was canceled, but only after he had been waiting for about 30 minutes. Not once did they call me to inform me or offer me an alternative, which highlights a concerning lack of customer service that seems to have become the norm since the pandemic. Now, everything is closed because of the long wait, and they didn’t bother to communicate with me about the cancellation. This is not my first negative experience; it's the third in a row. I won’t be ordering from them again.

A shout-out to the staff member I playfully flirted with a few months back who resembled Alice Cullen. By the way, the pizza was fantastic!

This is the best slice shop I've visited outside of New York. It looks like they use a cooked sauce and generous amounts of low-moisture skim mozzarella, all baked in a convection oven with a semolina crust. The bottom crust is perfectly crispy, making it an outstanding slice overall. I highly recommend it!
