This is my visit when I'm in town. Food and service are always great. Recently I came in about 5 minutes before the close and they were so accommodating! I made a quick burger to go and a drink from the bar without trouble, no complaints. I've worked in the food service before and I know how uncomfortable this kind of customer is. I live in Louisville, and we didn't have this chain in KY, so I wasn't familiar with the restaurant when I left. This is one of the most boring, inspiring places where I was in Charlotte. This place is practically interchangeable with 10 other chains in the area, and the service was not good enough to make sure I would come back.
