I've eaten here before and it was good so my wife and I tried it again today for lunch. We both decided on ordering one of their breakfast dishes for lunch. I ordered a skillet meal that they named Home pie. It came as shown in the picture with a side of bread of your choice. It was good but not memorable. Horrible customer service. When asked how was everything, we said it was horrible. The manager?s response was ?but you ate most of your food.? She didn?t even ask to find out why it was horrible. We specifically asked for no toast and butter on our son?s meal due to his severe food allergies. They still gave him toast and butter. I've been eating with my family for breakfast here for years and the service was always moderate. The food has always been delicious. My last experience was terrible. So much that I have my feedback about Le Peeps customer feedback forum and after waiting 4 weeks without answer or outreach, I write this review now. I ordered one of their signature Omelettes and realized after a few bites that I didn't like it at all. In addition, the Omelette should be protein and it wasn't. I have an intolerance to the egg yolk. I explained that to the waitress and asked if I could order another omelet and she said sure. I was shocked when I got my bill, I was charged for both Omelettes. After talking to the manager who also called them the owner, it was decided that I would have to pay for BOTH-Omelette. I find this terrible customer service. I find it disturbing to pay a loyal customer for a meal they were not satisfied with. Le Peep needs to make it better. My family hasn't been there since.
Wonderful staff. Very friendly. Excellent food. The French toast was the best I ever had. Loved the children's menu that worked out with Crayons and good choices.
That was our first time we tried this place and it was a great experience. Our server was fast and did a great job. The food was good and came out very quickly! We plan to come back to try different things on the menu!
