Dropped by to grab a few drinks but The Punch Room is closed so we had a few drinks and dessert downstairs instead. I've been craving something peanut butter chocolate so that peanut butter chocolate mousse really hit the spot, it was like Wayne was reading my mind when he suggested it. What H B doesn't like about Lobby Lounge At The Ritz-carlton:
This location is in need of additional training and not up to Ritz Carlton standards generally. When employees consistently fail to perform, it's a direct reflection on training and management. When you can't fire people up, sometimes you need to fire them. When a guests expects the pool to be 82 degrees, keep the pool at 82 degrees. Having to call the front desk to have an engineer adjust the pool is a disgrace. View all feedback.
