I'll go to the food we had. Good barbeque pulled chicken that came on a simple burger beer. Excellent garlic green beans. The Cole Slav was good. Well pulled pork plate with delicious Mac N cheese, average frits. Pulled Chicken Plate went well with my husband and he liked the sauce and loved the potato salad. Brownie Sunday, delicious. Quick service with friendly staff. Plenty of space with larger cabins for groups.... View all feedback.

Smoked wings were nice, albeit not super spicy, some cold in the center. Ribs were super dry and lacking in flavor. Had to rip them apart and were super chewy. Knife couldn’t cut through them. Nice place but food could be improved View all feedback.
Luckily stumbled across this place beer our hotel . Went with the servers recommendation of the living the dream platter to share . The food was amazing , authentic and seriously large portions of pork , pot roast , ribs and chicken . Local beer was also superb as was the service . Boxes available for doggy bags home. Thank you !
Go there is you are in Charlotte. It is a must. The food is so damn good. Everything we had was spectacular. Get the LTD (living the dream) , including smoked pork barbeque, smoked pot roast, smoked ribs, smoked chicken quarter with 2 sides. We had garlic butter mushrooms(best I have ever had and am not a big mushroom fan), and okra fried to perfection.Our server Aubrey was the best and kept us watered(beered) and taken care of the whole time. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable and gave her recommendations for wings. Double grilled honey habanero. They were smoky, crispy, and spicy.The atmosphere is great with sports memorabilia but in a smokehouse. There is a full bar and draft/cans/bottled beer. They also have mixed drinks. Please do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it.
This place is busy but has some of the best bbq I've ever had. They have that great smoke taste and the BBQ is like a tangy honey BBQ to me. Great choices for everyone in the group. Don't forget to pick up a shirt when you are there, I picked up a every butt deserves a good rub shirt. Wait staff is on it and available any time you need them. If we lived there we would totally be back.
Great casual place not far from the airport. We really enjoyed the barbeque, wings, and fried squash. Nice craft beer. Good, relaxed atmosphere. We had a wonderful server Aubrey. She was friendly, upbeat and provided excellent menu recommendations and service. Aubrey, you were so right about the Calypso wing sauce.
I got their ribs, they were good but was kinda expecting fall off the bone ribs but they were not, flavor was still pretty good. My family got sandwiches(chicken Philly) they said they were good. Sides were also good except for the cole slaw, so much milk in it. Service was ok.Food: 4/5
