Because I am an expert for NC BBQ (together with about 2.000.000 others)... I can say that OHH is the best. Always my first stop when I fly from California to CLT and my last stop before I go. Stew is perfect, hush puppies should be smaller and cooked at a higher attempt to avoid a little extra oil in the surface. Chicken... big. Pork fantastic.. the best. Sauce is more in western style and is optional, but recommend... View all feedback.

You have the best BBQ hands down. I had Memphis, Texas, Shelby, Lexington, etc. This is the best in the USA!!!
