Because I am an expert for NC BBQ (together with about 2.000.000 others)... I can say that OHH is the best. Always my first stop when I fly from California to CLT and my last stop before I go. Stew is perfect, hush puppies should be smaller and cooked at a higher attempt to avoid a little extra oil in the surface. Chicken... big. Pork fantastic.. the best. You have the best BBQ hands down. I had Memphis, Texas, Shelby, Lexington, etc. This is the best in the USA!!!
Since I was a kid, I was here and never had better Brunswick stew in my life! BBQ ribs are big, but the stew is the best!!
