What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The food here is delicious, don't get me wrong. But I order through GrubHub occasionally and will not do this again from you. I ordered at least 10 times from here, and I think almost every time when at least some of my order was wrong or missing. I am very pleased with the service I have received. I wasn't in Panera since the pandemic and I wasn't familiar with the selections. The manager had to help me and she was friendly, patient and polite. I think her name was Dara. My only problem was that they were completely out of napkins.
