Beautiful rooms. Up to date!!! Clean! Great location!!! And the staff!! The women at the front desk!! Very nice! And welcoming! And the kitchen staff as well..Breakfast on the other hand….was awful!! The eggs didn’t taste like eggs! What Manager doesn't like about Residence Inn By Marriott Charlotte City Center:
Beware, they double charge you for parking. I stayed in this hotel on Oct 15-17, 2023. Got charged $40 for valet parking and $29 for long term parking on both nights. I parked myself. I never used valet parking! Called the hotel for a refund, but they can't issue it without the manager's approval. The manager is never in the office.
