we really appreciate these people. my son had just 5th birthday and we got a big amount of her food we knew he was pumped. everyone was super friendly and eating was great. they have even attracted my son with a really cool gift bag with shake shack goodies for his b-day! good people good eat! Simple feedback, ordered a cheese-double burger... got cheese and then the bungalow looked like half bite... the second time... there was a team member, I'm sorry, not even an offer to remake it... the KIDS who work there are kids and no need to get angry...
