I tried the new garlic meatball sub today, and I have to say I was really disappointed with how it was made. The staff member who prepared it didn't spread the garlic on the bread properly, and instead of cooking it, she just plopped the spread on, sprinkled a little cheese on top, and then immediately added the meatballs without any cooking. The whole thing turned out to be a soggy mess. The restaurant really needs to train their staff on how to properly prepare these sandwiches. The spread and cheese should be toasted before adding the meat! Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
