I hadn't been to Tops China in a long time, due to Covid you can't sit in and Eat it's Take Out only. You Order, Pay and get your Food through the Area in the Door. I Ordered Chicken Wings and Chicken Fried Rice and 2 Pepis. Their food is still really good. You can also order through Uber Eats as well. View all feedback.

"Old school elegance and class is how I would describe The Capital Grille. Our waiter Derek was very informative about menu items and what wine we should order. The restaurant sites are enough for several people to eat, so no need to order. Everything was so delicious and well seasoned. I would recommend the lobster Mac 'n' cheese, and the Brussels spits with bacon! A truly amazing culinary experience from service to food!"

"We had a table outside and it was delightful. Food and service both were quite good. We thought the meal with only one glass of wine apiece was a bit pricey, but not exorbitant. Overall a very pleasant experience"

"The overall experience was average. everything about board, from eating to service was simply ok. Maybe it was a function that it was winter and the tents up, but the mood wasn't what I expected. I just expected that the experience is better if it is a dachbar on a marriott in the city, because the prices were not justified."
