"A fun restaurant with a unique menu. The mussels were small and tasty with a special toast for the excellent sauce. Oxtail with grits, fried like hushpuppies, was good but quite a small portion. Cabbage was also nice. We would not order chicken skins again but we glad we tried then."

"The food was yummy. The portion size for one entree, the salmon, was a bit small. The prices are very reasonable and the menu selection is good. The service was very good. The ambiance is nice. The craft cocktails are a bit too adventurous for my taste but many will like them. I had the Chardonnay and enjoyed it very much. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"Today’s food journey took us to a new stop, The Palm, and gave us a greater appreciation of food creativity! We had a very difficult time deciding on what dishes we would try because EVERYTHING sounded delicious and each one would be something great for your last meal! After about 15 minutes, and just as many questions to the waiter, we decided to start with the Calamari Fritto Misto which is lightly breaded calamari, tri-colored peppers, cherry peppers, pickled lemon, and served with a marinara on the side. The calamari was tender with a very light breading and had some pieces of cherry peppers served the same way, which caught us by surprise after the first few bites of digging in. After, we ordered the Sea Bass Oscar, with a lump crab meat stuffing, asparagus, and hollandaise sauce and the Octopus Bone Marrow Ragu which is a fusilli pasta, braised octopus bone marrow, Italian crumbs, and a horseradish gremolata. As a side we ordered the Black Truffle Gnocchi, and a bottle of Stags’ Leap Chardonnay to round out the meal. The Seabass was very delicate and crumbled apart with any pressure from the fork. And the asparagus, while cooked through, still had a crispness and a fresh flavor like it was picked this morning! In a dish like this, the hollandaise sauce normally plays second fiddle, but the sea bass and the sauce were dueling banjos! In the ragu, the octopus was tender, easy to cut, and had a slightly grilled flavor which was complemented by the rich, balanced ragu tomato sauce! If this were a James Bond criminal, it would be “Depth of flavor galore”! As for the gnocchi, the truffle flavor was present without being overpowering, and the texture was soft and best described by my wife as “little pillows of happiness “. For dessert we had the tiramisu and the chocolate layer cake with 2 cups of their delicious, albeit strong, coffee. Surprisingly, neither dessert was that sweet but provided a good end to a fantastic meal!"

"I cannot say enough about the level of service in this place! Starting with the hostess Elizabeth who took our picture to our amazing server lynn. It was our anniversary and they definitely made us feel very special. The food was so good!! The drinks were incredible and beautiful!! The restaurant was super fancy and had gorgeous seatings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s celebrating a special occasion."
