"Okay, I really do love this place, the food and the people are great.My issue was that I ordered 2 bowls that were identical, to pick up, thinking that would be quick. What happened instead was that probably because they are short staffed or just disorganized, the online orders were allowed to sit while the walk ins were taken care of. 30 minutes of waiting along with some other online orderers, that obviously would have made more sense for me to order at the counter. Otto has got to figure it out: either pause the online orders or fulfill them as if it was a customer standing there. Food is delicious, and I would not advise anyone to use online pick up ordering here."

"Counter service, somewhat rundown appearance. The guy who took my order didn't give me a cup for my drink, so I assumed it would come when i got food, but it didn't. The person giving out food couldn't reach over and give me a cup so I had to stand in line again to get my cup for a drink. Food is reasonable, good prices, nothing particularly notable. Lamb sausage and chicken kebabs were pretty dry. Good flavors, something different for a change."

"Got a standard cheese pizza. I was definitely expecting better from all the reviews I've read. When the price is taken into consideration with the flavor it's all in all not worth it in my opinion. Standard pizza with above standard prices. Again, this is only based on a cheese pizza, maybe they do other things better."

"This place serves the best tacos I've eaten outside Mexico. The sweet potato version was especially yummy. I really liked their agua fresca too. We sampled several tacos, all stellar: perfect ratio of filling to shell, the corn and flour tortillas were fresh and delicious in their own right, and the patio is very nice. Just go there!"

"I placed my order online while waiting in the parking lot. My order was ready on time and was being placed on the counter as soon as I entered the restaurant. Took it back home to Richmond, VA. My grub: Quarter chicken (dark meat): amazing Ribs: I will now be driving to Charlottesville specifically for these ribs. They're sauced with something sweet and a little tangy, and they fell off the bone. Roasted veggies: undercooked for my taste, but I roasted them a little more in the oven and they were fine. Poblano rice: amazing Tamal con frijoles: good I also tried all the sauces but didn't know which was which. The creamier ones were my fave."
