Been here before and it was great but my most recent visit was awful. Ordered an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese and the bagel was ice cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all. There were quite a few people in the store and only two employees with one being stuck at the till orders weren't being completed in a timely fashion.
