"Okay, I really do love this place, the food and the people are great.My issue was that I ordered 2 bowls that were identical, to pick up, thinking that would be quick. What happened instead was that probably because they are short staffed or just disorganized, the online orders were allowed to sit while the walk ins were taken care of. 30 minutes of waiting along with some other online orderers, that obviously would have made more sense for me to order at the counter. Otto has got to figure it out: either pause the online orders or fulfill them as if it was a customer standing there. Food is delicious, and I would not advise anyone to use online pick up ordering here."

"Counter service, somewhat rundown appearance. The guy who took my order didn't give me a cup for my drink, so I assumed it would come when i got food, but it didn't. The person giving out food couldn't reach over and give me a cup so I had to stand in line again to get my cup for a drink. Food is reasonable, good prices, nothing particularly notable. Lamb sausage and chicken kebabs were pretty dry. Good flavors, something different for a change."

"Got a standard cheese pizza. I was definitely expecting better from all the reviews I've read. When the price is taken into consideration with the flavor it's all in all not worth it in my opinion. Standard pizza with above standard prices. Again, this is only based on a cheese pizza, maybe they do other things better."

"WOW! My wife and I dined here celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary. We have never had such an incredible restaurant experience in our lives! We were greeted with warmth and kindness and immediate wished a happy anniversary. Our server, Theresa, was an absolute joy to have. She was so knowledgeable about both the drink and food menus, as well as charismatic and kind. She made us laugh and feel extremely welcome and comfortable. And then the food. My goodness the food. We started with the creamy red pepper soup and the mushroom medley. Both of which were absolutely delicious. We also had the Bolognese, the rack of lamb, and the salmon. I had never had lamb before and it completely blew me away. The Gnocchi was by far the best I’ve ever had! The flavors mixed with salmon was also incredible. We also ordered the risotto which complemented our main courses perfectly. We finished our meal with the creme brûlée and key lime pie. I cannot describe how amazing both dishes tasted. They ended our stay with bringing us complementary brownie bites and wishing us a happy anniversary. We felt completely honored to dine here and will always remember the experience we had and will never forget our experience at The Ivy Inn! Thank you!"
