Dirty tables are immediately noticeable. Nobody at the counter so you have to use the fast lane kiosk. When you order dine-in you get your order in a to-go bag, found that very odd. Also found it idd that the manager didn 't see anything wrong with it. Very disappointed with Panera Bread on this visit.
