This is the dining room of the Culinary Institute at Holland College. The staff are second-year students, supervised by faculty. The setting is fantastic, overlooking the harbor through large windows. The service is impeccable. The food is excellent. Probably the best restaurant in town. That was my third time in this restaurant. That was my 6th restaurant I visited in 10 days. Lunch. The dining room was nice and the server was pleasant. I had the pumpkin and fennel soup; it was good, but not even warm.... My main dish was scallop and pig bell, was not warm again, I like my food hot. I had carrot cake and it was okay.
