Let’s the pictures explain. (The cook used too much oil that the left over liquid was mostly oil). Normally, the leftover liquid like this should be in sauce-like form, edible at least, but this is more than 90% oil. Imagine you eat rice with this amount of oil. View all feedback.

Used to be good, but now the dumplings and spring rolls are tasteless and fall apart. I'm fine with prices going up after COVID, but quality should not go down.
I would recommend changing the name of tum yum soup, to soaked fresh vegetables as it lacks the main components of the soup, lemon grass and the thai ginger
