Arrêt dans le cadre d'un voyage professionnel. Le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est que la salle du restaurant n'est pas très chaleureuse. Décor froid, un peu cantine. On voit cependant que le chef fait un vrai effort pour présenter une assiette agréable à l'oeil, peut-être un peu trop "sophistiquée".
