We had an organised dinner with a large group of friends. An enjoyed from the Aperitif to the coffee the whole evening. The dishes where light, with very fresh engredients from the region of the Gruyère. No large quantities but enough to enjoy euch of the 7 dishes. The desert with chocolate was a dream.
