Quick lunch on the road. we chose this short-sized restaurant to avoid any bad surprise. We found the print of that sign. for less than 10 euros, we ordered a dish and a dessert. service was efficient and fast as we wanted. friendly and attentive staff and the very revenge manager. After a life threatening trudge over the roads from the ibis we ate a well deserved dinner. Well deserved maybe but well delivered not. Staff were great but the food was average and more expensive than it should have been. €96+TIP for two is really not what you expect from a chain restaurant. In a snow storm with drifts of 2 feet I would be happy to return.but in any other time I will go on. read more.

"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."
