Carte à l'ardoise. Commande : déjà plus de filet de bar. Donc pas d'entrée mais des encornets farcis au risotto accompagnés de poivrons. Attente attente. Personne ne s'occupe de moi (et de ma commande). Je dois réclamer. Arrivent enfin les encornets, à peine chauds. Etaient-ils oubliés au coin dans la cuisine? Malgré tout un délice, j'en conviens.
